Celling rosé light fitting

Hi removed the rose and noticed a wire loose. I’m trying to figure out where to put this wire. Please see image red circled

Hard to see, you'd have to look closely, but I suspect, from it's form /shape it went in the same hole as the blue wire, similar to the two black wires at the other [right hand] end

Can you see broken ends there?
