Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
It's a recession when your neighbour loses his job; it's a depression when you lose yours.0 -
I think the photos of the front room have not done any favours, especially 3, its a picture of a tv? they are also quite dark.
Kids bedrooms could do with a de clutter, maybe get rid of some of the furniture as is there is two or three chest of drawers in each room, toys on top and on the floor - gives the impression of no room. maybe a lighter colour on the walls? Third bedroom is not a good photo - maybe get the agent to take it out.
Third bedroom is very narrow, which I would find off putting, how much are two bedroom houses going for? would be be worth making it back into a two bed house for decent size bedrooms?
Just found the floorplan, and the toilet is away from the bathroom, inbetween the bedrooms. Can this be moved?Proud to be dealing with our debts - We WANT to be debt free DEC 09
Grocery challenge: £230 / £230 left0 -
Is the outside pink? If so that would put me off for a start. I'd be thinking I would need the expense of an outside paint job as soon as I moved in.
The only other negative is the childrens bedroom. The blue makes it look very oppresive, so perhaps if you could at least paint one or two of the walls to lighten it up, it may may it look a much more inviting & spacious room. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
