    15 for me please. Today should have been a NSD, but I’ve had to book a last minute flight for mid-week to visit ill Dad. Will probably be Tuesday when I get my first NSD, we’re using the emergency UHT milk, and that will be gone after my morning coffee.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £222,084
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 6 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 18th January 
    Produce tracker: £29 of £400 in 2026
