GOOD MORNING BRITAIN AND LORRAINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post and online i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii)  the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/winwebsites (“Website”) on Friday 29 November 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 2.00pm on Monday 23 December 2024.

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.50 plus your network access charge.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offer. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of twenty-four (24) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of £135,000, a Range Rover, a MINI Cooper and gadget package.

 

(i) £135,000 cash

 

This element of the prize consists of £135,000 (one hundred and thirty-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) A Range Rover

 

This element of the prize consists of a hybrid Land Rover Range Evoque SWB Dynamic HSE in Tribeca Blue, including automatic transmission, first registration fee, road fund licence for the first year and £50 worth of fuel (petrol) (the “Land Rover Car”).

 

The prize provider of the Land Rover Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Land Rover Car to the winner’s UK home address (in the UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man) or the Group 1 Land Rover North West London dealership, at the winner’s choice, within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Land Rover Car, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Land Rover Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Land Rover Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

(iii) A MINI Cooper

The prize provider of the MINI Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the MINI Car to the winner’s home address or the Berry Chiswick MINI dealership, at the winner’s choice, within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner.
