Anyone use an ID Monitoring Service like Vodafone Securnet?

Long and short is that I want to protect myself against ID Fraud and just wanted to know what everyone does - or services they use.

I was particulalry interested of the ID Monitoring part.

When you first set up 24/7 ID monitoring, you’ll be asked for your full name, phone number and email address. You can then choose to add other personal information that you’d like to monitor online, including date of birth, home address and credit or debit card details – but how much of it you provide is completely up to you.

Whichever details you choose to monitor, Vodafone applies strict security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data.

Just take the usual sensible and well-publicised precautions.  Don't go clicking on suspicious links, don't go entering details into unfamiliar websites without doing some basic background checks.  Don't make any financial transactions when connected to a free public wi-fi.  Use strong passwords, don't use the same password for all your accounts.
    If on a PC/Laptop, make sure you've got some anti-virus / anti-malware / anti-spyware software running.
I appreciate that some people like the feeling of security that these kind of services offer, but really it's not that difficult to protect yourself if you just apply a modicum of common sense.

If desperate you can get a CIFAS protective marker for about £30 for 2-3 years iirc, that will stop applications just going through automatically but it's a bit overkill if you are just worried, as opposed to knowing you have been a victim of fraud

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Your informaiton is going to pop up at some point due to a data breach and there's nothing you can do if your name and DOB are out in the wild, and it's wholly impractical to move house because your address is out there.

The only issue is going to be passwords and card details.

You're covered for fraudulent card use anyway and for passwords, just use long, strong unique passwords and use a decent password manager with 2FA.
