Old Style ESA moving from renting to owning

Old style Income based ESA - I am moving from a privately rented house where 4 adults (Sister, Sister's partner, Mother and myself) were equal joint tenants and equally responsible for the bills, to owning our our property which my Sister and I have purchased with a mortgage (Just the 2 of us on the deeds and mortgage). My Sister's partner and our Mother will still be living with us. Will this now affect my ESA?

Mother and Sister's partner will be contributing to the Mortgage and bills payments, but now I think it looks like they are giving my Sister and I money, so would that be classed as an income? Thank you for any help

No affect on ESA, you need to call ESA to report change of address

Someone gifting you money is not income, but you should document this properly, just in case it is ever queried whether this is in return for some kind of work.
