Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 26th November 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 8th January 2025. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:

a. Purchase any 3 packs of Starbucks® by Nestlé coffee pods/sachets in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text STARBUCKS or STARBUCKS1 or STARBUCKS2 or STARBUCKS3 or STARBUCKS5 or STARBUCKS7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 8th January 2025; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 5 x Tier 2 prizes.

b. Tier 1: prize consists of a 3-night trip to Milan, Italy for 2 adults (the winner + 1

guest aged 18+). Includes:

- return economy flights from either Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham or a London airport to Milan, on a hand luggage basis only;

- 4* hotel accommodation, sharing a double/twin room;

- daily breakfast;

- £250 spending money;

- a complete Starbucks® Coffee Experience at the Starbucks® Reserve™ Milano Roastery on 1 day;

- travel insurance.

Winner and guests must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guests, and prize excludes any visas. Prize also excludes domestic travel, meals and drinks other than stated and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single-trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest are aged 70 or over. Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances.

£250 spending money will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.

Starbucks® Coffee Experience consists of:

- pastries and coffee selection of winner and guest’s choosing at reserved space in the Arriviamo Bar;

- a Roastery tour (covering the history of Starbucks®, the role of Milan for the brand, the design of the roastery/building, tracing coffee from farm to top, roasting process);

- coffee tasting (demonstration and experimentation of syphon, clover, coffee press, Chemex and espresso);

- a la carte lunch, with a drink;

- a behind-the-scenes tour of the workings of the roastery from sourcing to creation to supply led by Starbucks® master roasters;

- a mixology masterclass (mixologist will prepare 4 x coffee-inspired cocktails (both alcoholic and spirit-free), including the espresso martini as well as a guide through Starbucks® whiskey-barrel-aged coffee through a tasting of a non-alcoholic cold brew and American infusion).

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Prize must be booked by 30th April 2025 and taken by 30th January 2026. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 18th April – 21st April 2025, 5th May 2025, 26th May 2025, 25th August 2025, 20th December 2025 – 2nd January 2026, and all other national holiday weekends in both the UK and Italy.

Winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

c. Tier 2: each prize consists of a £50 Starbucks® Gift Card, which can be redeemed at participating UK Starbucks® locations. The card is valid for 12 months from issue and is subject to terms of use which can be found at https://www.starbucks.co.uk/card/card-terms-and-conditions along with participating

locations .

Gift Cards will be sent within 28 working days of acceptance.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
