Advice needed on bathroom accessories (towel rails, mirror cabinets?)

Hi everyone,
I’m currently renovating my flat and could use some advice on bathroom fittings.
First, does anyone have recommendations for good electric towel rail brands? I’ve noticed they come in standard or thermostatic options, with the latter sometimes including a timer. I’m considering either going for a thermostatic model with a timer to help manage energy consumption or opting for a standard one and using a timeswitch to achieve the same effect. Any thoughts on which is better? Or any brands you’d recommend?
Secondly, we’re planning to install mirrored cabinets above the basins in both bathrooms. Has anyone used the IKEA options? If so, what was your experience? Alternatively, can you recommend any other reliable but budget-friendly brands? Ideally, we’d like cabinets with lights and a shaver socket, but if those with built-in sockets are too pricey, we might just install a separate socket outside the cabinet.
Thanks so much in advance for your suggestions!

We have an electric only towel warmer with thermostat, controlled by a programmable timer on the wall outside the door, works well and heats up quickly. Not sure of the brand, we purchased it via Amazon, it is a large one and was about £150 when we got it a couple of years back. We have the curved version, easier to hang the towels, and chose a model that had sensible spacing of the rails for what we needed to hang on it.
As we also have a radiator in the room, we only use it to warm and dry towels, not to heat the room. Ones that can be connected to a central heating system and have an electric element are also available.
Our daughter has Ikea bathroom cabinets in all her bathrooms, now about 3-5 years old and they are lasting well. She also had some for 5 years in her
previous house. She has both base units and wall ones with mirror doors. We have Ikea base ones in one bathroom , fitted recently, doing fine so far.0 -
This is the brand we have, ours is 1600x600 and 600watts. This one is similar to ours but not identical. We just have the thermostat on it, we bought a separate timer.
