Sky+ recording not playing back

I recorded series 1 of the IT crowd last night to burn onto disk.(Using playback as copy still seems to have a bug)
All well and good, however one of them, The Red Door (my favourite) won't play back.
I had this once before and just deleted it but as this is my favourite episode I wondered if there is anything else I could try.
I have tried switching it off and on again!
Oh and I also did a planner rebuild, perhaps I should look behind the green door.:rotfl:
