Just received the outcome today - the appeal was a success! The basis for the assessor's decision was the signage being illegible in hours of darkness, so the assessor did not need to consider any of the additional points.
Thank you all so much for your help! I cannot tell you all how much I sincerely appreciate all of your comments and advice
thank you again! 5 -

Please post the full POPLA Decision in the sticky thread of the same name but PLEASE PLEASE add at least ten or twelve paragraph breaks before posting it (NOT their wall of text...!) plus head it up with s URL to this thread and state which PPC and where.
People will then see this much more.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are the 10-12 paragraph breaks to prevent them from tracking it, or is there another reason?

No, it's because if you plonk a POPLA decision straight into a reply on the forum, it shows as a huuuuge wall of text!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello, I’ve had a rough time of it last couple of years with mine and my husbands health and I have just received two letters
one notice of claim with DCM legal
and one letter before claimfrom SiP…
I have only had one pcn a long time ago and the advice at that time was to ignore which is what I did with these which I now understand isn’t the best available action anymore.
i have read the newbies info and wanted to ask if somebody could kindly advise if I am doing the right thing emailing both forms directly with the completed templates posted on thread two of this thread? The one with two questions ?
my concentration and processing isn’t great and I don’t want to worry my husband with it
thank you in advance0 -
Please start a new thread of your own, posting the question above and telling us a bit more about the parking event, where was it, who is the parking company? Have you appealed - to whom? Is your V5C up-to-date and you have received all the letters, PCNs etc?Harpermrs said:Hello, I’ve had a rough time of it last couple of years with mine and my husbands health and I have just received two letters
