    Well, I had the call.  Reasonable sounding guy, told me Euro Car Parks will not accept anything less than £250, that was their offer.  I got mixed messages from him really in that he intimated these were a waste of time but also said it was 50/50 as to whether the judge will accept in their favour...that he'd been doing the job for a number of years....I wondered if mediators got commission lol.  I did try the £10 offer but he said they wouldn't accept it. I guess I will wait and see now what happens.

    Hi you lovely people - I had the mediation call in March and - have heard absolutely nothing since! Is this normal? Is there not a time limit for them to move forward with court? I have tried to find out but can't find any information on the Gov website etc.

    No useful time limit , but what does your MCOL claim history show   ?

    The normal process would be for the claim to be referred to the local court you put on the N180 form.  I would email this court with the claim reference and ask if they have any update.
