Esa Contribution based Savings

I originally received Esa from 2016 with both Contribution and Income based, until November 22. I also received Severe Disability Premium and Housing Benefit.
I received a lump sum in Nov 22 and notified Dwp. So was given Contibutions based esa of £139 per week.
My income reduced below 16k so I sent in ESA3 form in August 24. In October 24, I received a letter saying I would be getting just over £200 per week, with SDP included. I received a lump some of £632, back payment.
I contacted esa because I have still only been getting my original amount of £139 each week.
They are trying to make me go onto UC, now. I was told originally, that they would top up contributions based with income bit with SDP.
Everytime I phone, no one seems to know what they are doing?
Any advice would be helpful, thank you.

Make a complaint to ESA, by asking for manager call back. The ESA helpline should send this request if you call them. And then a manager from ESA service centre should call you back.
Sounds like ESA did not complete all actions required when changing the savings information.
And if ESA does not have correct information this could cause problems when you go make claim for UC in regard to transitional protection. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
If all else fails, complain to your MP. There is no reason why you can't still top up your conts based ESA with income based ESA. Remaining old-style conts based only ESA claims have not yet been converted to new-style ESA as the legislation required to do this has yet to be introduced. You seem to have encountered DWP staff who don't know the rules.

Don't transfer until you are asked to do so, you will lose the transitional protection. They're just advising you claim UC reading the script they are badly trained mostly.0

I made a request for manager to call me back, as a complaint. I was promised 24hours, definitely.
No one has called, what should i do ?0
