Quartz worktops what company to go for?

Hi everyone my kitchen is nearly fitted and it's been  stressful from start to finish and still need to have a few problems.

Anyway aside from all that, The next stage of the kitchen is getting quotes for quartz.

All quotes apart from Gemini have

100mm upstand
Waterfall + mitre cut
Cooker Splashback
Worktops
Drainage groves
Sink, tap, hob cutout, template and fitting 25yr guarantee

Only Gemini quote includes all the above without the cutout groves which I think is an extra £240

Gemini £2,483 +240 if I wanted the drainage groves

Al Murad Quartz £2135

Stone Synergy £2,565

Obviously you always get the sales pitch with each company but Gemini are saying their quartz is better quality and independently tested by global quality standards and to compare my quote with stones like silestone and caesarstone.

Obviously I am tempted with the cheaper price but I just need a little help in choosing. Which company is better to go with? Is it better to pay extra for Gemini? Are the other companies any good?

I used a local company who fitted Ceasarstone. Don't you have any local companies? They may be worth a quote.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

I know you didn't ask this and maybe you have had quartz worktops before but we had a Silestone one fitted and you have to be pretty careful not to drop things on it as it chips quite easily if you do. I've had a couple of things fall out of cupboards and also a pair of scissors fall off a hook from a couple of feet above the worktop and hit it pointed end down. All these have resulted in chips, plus a couple of others that I don't know what caused them. I'm not criticising the material, just saying you have to be careful. Apologies if you didn't want/need to know this!

If you are in the South West, I used these guys

    https://mayflowerstone.co.uk/visit-us

(The Taunton branch), and was very happy with the service and what was supplied.

No relationship, apart from a happy customer.

We used Gemini and I really cannot recommend them enough.  Brilliant from start to finish.  Showroom is fabulous as they have their range on show with full size pieces on a wall display.  The only negative was having to remove the old worktops myself.  If you're having a new kitchen that's obviously not an issue.

Our Silestone worktop looked utterly gorgeous but yes - it was only a matter of months before something fell out of a cupboard and chipped it, which was annoying. Having said that, we have straightforward quartz surfaces in the new house, and those too are chipped, although they are also a fair age I think. Roundabouts and swings!
