hi need help first sicknote 3rd aug wca assesment 6th nov lcwra awarded 18th nov my assesment period is 22-23 or otherway around payment date 29th i did'nt recieve lcwra in november payment will i get it december and is backpay due

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note is handed in.
No money is payable for the waiting period.Assuming there were no breaks in your Fit Notes:July/August: Partial AP, excluded from waiting period.August/September: AP 1September/October: AP2October/November: AP 3November/December: Eligible for LCWRA element.December 29th: First LCWRA element paid.
