Just wondering whether this keyboard can be connected to your pc to be used as a MIDI controller with programmes such as cubase, reason etc..

Yes it has a midi in/out connection, using a Yamaha UX-16 USB-MIDI cable0

Well yes but that doesn't mean it's a good idea. I think it's particularly useful to have a proper midi controller keyboard with knobs and faders especially if your using Reason and soft synths in Cubase. And as these connect through usb you don't need a seperate midi interface.0

for the price that's listed at, you could get a better Korg or M-Audio controller. the keyboard doesn't need built-in sounds if you're just using it with the comp programmes - you can get better sounds from VSTs for a reasonable price.Win 2008 in 2008 member number.....237!!! Won so far: £0.00
