Suggest you apply a zen approach and let it take its natural course.
Or if you want to push things along, ask the pension company if they can do a chargeback for the money as suggested earlier in the thread.0 -
It should be on the pension company to deal with xe to get this resolved. You can give any authorisation as required, but it's not your mistake, so not on you to fix. It could be that they're doing this, which is why no contact to you.
If xe really can't return money accidentally paid into an account, then one alternative would be to do the double transfer, and any fees incurred are the pension companies problem.0 -
An update - checked the XE account yesterday and the money has gone. I'm a little surprised no-one from either company contacted me to let me know (and thank me for not spending it
)
