Seen on the MSE website NatWest are offering £180 for switching to their Reward account.
On the info page from NatWest it says
If you're an existing customer, you can switch your account held elsewhere in to an existing eligible Reward account, or switch in and upgrade an existing account to one of our Reward accounts.
I already have a Reward Account but I have another “burner account” which is a basic account
Can I swap this account to a reward account and claim the £180?

There's an existing thread discussing the switch offer which I've linked to above. The offer requires the use of the current account switch service, which is not able to be used to switch accounts within the same bank. You would need to switch a non-NatWest account from another bank in order to qualify for the offer.Theres nothing wrong with having a dummy account at NatWest, but situations like this are why I prefer to set up my dummy accounts with a bank that traditionally doesn't offer switch incentives.0
