It is still helpful - just worth a sentence saying the new form has additional need for the @Gr1pr
    paragraph for section D.

That was what was missing and is super helpful.

We can't edit his Court Procedures thread.

@bargepole might come along to update it sometime!

What you suggest about question D is already said in the NEWBIES thread, which is why I'm feeling frustrated that nobody is reading it!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above,  it is linked because I copied and pasted from the link

We are very perplexed as to why the question keeps coming up every week on here, despite the extra 2 links

    Mediation call PART ONE:

Mediator: Can you give me a brief summary of what happened?
Me: *I read para 6 from my defence*
Mediator: Did you send any of that to the claimant when they sent their initial fine letter
    Me: Can't remember
Mediator: Do you have evidence of what you have said eg you called the AA
Me: I have everything I need to defend this claim in court
Mediator: I'll call you back, after speaking with the DCBL solicitor

Waited 15 minutes for a call back. PART TWO:

Mediator: Claimant has received no information, in an appeal or anything. They have incurred costs and court fees so will proceed. Do you want to put forward any offers.
    Me: No offers
Mediator: They believe it's been issued correctly. It will be issued by a judge. Case will be listed for a hearing, where you can put forward your evidence.

I would have stopped the mediator when they called it a "fine letter" and asked them if they actually knew what they were doing, we see this all the time they seem to be a bunch of amateurs!
