Quick question on creditor status on my credit file

I have been waiting for my numerous debts to default as advised here
having just checked my file for an update one of mine is now listed as ‘closed’ with a balance of 0..and is sitting alongside various long gone cards and bank accounts from the past
i assumed that the debt has been sold or something (so technically closed) with that creditor but this has happened with some of the others and the new company is simply listed instead of the original creditor, with the balance stated correctly
any idea whats going on?
separately there is one creditor missing from the file, Lloyds bank as it happens, i assume that this can happen? Note it’s Credit Karma, one of the freebies, so i guess this isn’t unheard of? On the whole they seem to be by the far the best and most accurate of all the freebies i must say

Sometimes when debts are sold your file does not always update straight away, it may be a few months before whoever has bought your debt starts reporting on it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
