Having checked the alternatives suggested, Yahoo Finance seem to be the best replacement to the BBC data presentation.

I miss the BBC version already, it was handy for seeing past trends, over 1m, 1y, 5y etc.

I've just found Google offer such a feature, without having to pay for it, or sign in: https://www.google.com/finance/?hl=en
