Incorrect - maybe- electoral roll date

Because I was previously known as another surname, my electoral roll date is about 2 years out. It doesn’t seem to have affected anything, but should I get it corrected?
For context I’ve lived here over 20 years.

Happy to be corrected but don't believe that the length of time on electoral roll is significant, unlike time at address.1

I believe the annual update to the ER is due so you can correct the details then1

Great, thank you. It was just bugging me a bit, I like things to be correct 😄0

You (or someone else in your household) should be receiving an annual communication to confirm that the details on the electoral roll are correct or advise them of any changes. WE get ours via an -mail link with a unique code to access a website, but you might get one through the post....horsewithnoname said:Great, thank you. I do yes, but I’ve never noticed anything re date, just confirming who lives here. I’ll pay a bit more attention to it next time.0
