Pre-loaded debit card options?

I want to give a family member a sum of money on a debit card which can be used for day to day spending. Can anyone advise please.

Thanks for this. I'm looking at Tesco Clubcard Pay+ and I can't see if it is possible to use it at an ATM. Is this possible?0

What about Revolut, you load it up and off you go. I used for my son to take when he went on a school trip, you can switch the contactless off and on.1

Starling bank allow you to have a debit card assigned to another person which can only spend from one of the pots that the account owner sets up and funds.
Wouldn't trust the likes of Revolut, especially for anyone who is not very financially aware. Banking choice of your local scammer.0 -
