Settlement Agreement Query- follow up

Options
Following on from my previous post on the Voluntary Redundancy application, I finally received the settlement agreement confirming that the application was accepted. It refers to enhanced compensation.
In looking at the agreement however, I noticed something not quite right.
Company seemed to have used the ACAS template. In section 1 Definitions it refers to Clause 3.2a as PILON and 3.2b compensation.
When reading Clause 3.2, there is 3.2a with by looking at the value what it appears to be the compensation but 3.2b is omitted.
Nowhere in the agreement says that I will be paid PILON or PILON is actually agreed as a way forward. So my query is,  is there something not quite right and has anybody experienced that there are clauses omitted from the agreement? I will instruct a lawyer to look at this but I just wanted to sense check whether I was reading this correctly and worth querying. Thanks

If you have agreed a pilon payment then yes I would be querying it. That said why have you started a new thread which presumably would help with understanding the overall context rather than continuing on the previous thread?
