Yes, there is - as I said in my first post. 14 days to be precise. But if they fail to provide you with the requisite information in a permanent format (i.e. paper) then it's actually 1 year and 14 days.losgiganteskid said:I thought if a deal was carried out in someone’s home there should be days of grace for me to cancel.
However, the exact length is irrelevant because you asked to cancel on the very same day.
This sales person and, probably, the company behind them, are *utterly* in the wrong here.
Have you actually spoken to the company though? I mean - someone else at the company other than the salesman, or have you only spoken to the salesman?
