BT fault - can't report it!

I've been trying to report a fault on my Mother's landline. She doesn't have the internet so doesn't have an online account. I have been trying to text PHONE followed by her phone number to 61998 but it just keeps saying Not Delivered. Not sure if it's a problem with my phone??
The only other way seems to be to login into her account online - but she doesn't have an online account.
Any ideas please?

Could be the tariff for your phone. Some of them the 5 digit numbers don't work on, mainly PAYG if I recall correctly.

As above, create an online account for her. Doesn't matter if she doesn't use it. I had to create about 5 different online accounts for my dad as he was 'old school'. Saved him a fortune and me a lot of hassle.1
