I'm not an iPhone user so don't which apps are any good unfortunately. Apple say there are multiple apps available https://support.apple.com/en-us/111106.I'm on Android and still waiting for Google to release automatic Call Screening for non-US later Pixel users of Google Phone, where you can see a live transcript of your phone intercepting calls from unknown/suspicious/first time callers.
