SORN a new vehicle - who gets the refund?
Comments
-
It should go to the current Registered Keeper as per the V5C.1

The refund goes to the registered keeper, whoever is on the V5C.
You only get back unused months of the relevant annual rate, any first registration premium is snaffled by the DVLA.1 -

So if the first year rate was £2,745 your refund would be £190/12 = £15.83 per unused month?
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

I bought a vehicle in March, RFL was £1565, declared SORN after 2 months so got back £150 (10/12 x £180)0 -
