Fixed tariff with monthly usage bills

Options
Sorry I know this is a basic question but I easily get confused. Been on a standard tariff with OVO have smart meters and like to receive an accurate bill for the month based on actual usage and pay that on receipt.
Is it possible to get a fixed tariff with any company and pay lower rates without having to pay a fixed payment every month. Like they estimate the years usage and divide that by 12?
I would like lower rates but monthly bills based on actual smart meter readings?
Is this possible with any supplier please

Estimating a year’s usage isn’t going to be accurate - your provider has no idea whether it’s going to be a cold winter and you’re going to be using much more fuel for example.

Which is why most people have monthly direct debit to try and even the peaks and troughs  out over the year.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Monthly Variable Direct Debit means that you're billed for the exact amount you've used.  Higher bills in winter, lower in summer and no mountain of credit builds up.  MVDD also means that back billing rules mean you wouldn't get an unpleasant surprise if you were billed for usage more than 12 months ago.
Unfortunately Ovo stopped offering MVDD a couple of years back but many suppliers will happily play ball.
Try switching to Octopus who are usually well regarded, and the app is brilliant; you'll have to phone them to get MVDD.  You can also collect £50 by using a referral code from another user.
