I have just had a new laptop which has windows vista on it. i would like to download some music onto my ipod and i am having dificultlys. i have downloaded the disk that comes with the ipod. to discover it wont do what i want. is there any1 who could help me sort this out. many thanx in advance.

Do you wish to purchase music or transfer stuff on your PC onto your iPod?

plug the ipod into vista and see if it pick's anything else up if it does then go to the suggested site and download what it want's you to download...then it should just work...it sounds like vista hasn't picked it up properly...which can happen if you haven't got the right driver's on...hope this help's...

I have downloaded the cd gigabeat 2.0 applications and napster onto m pc. i have tried realplayer and not been able to transfer to my ipod. i will also try itunes then let u know. i would be grateful for any help in this matter thanx.
