this on behalf of my x she with sky and she called to as as her account is coming up for renwal and guy the can give it to her for 32 for the same speed but she paying 31 a t present
she asked to speak to manager or supvisor guy not finch
can you advise if there compines out there
she on 150mbs at present and is looking for a speed where she can run 2 moibles and play station on
but on cheaper price then sky which i thought might want to keep her as gold customer with them
She only has B/band with sky
but seem not there loss i think

Have a look at the OFCOM reports for customer satisfaction. Vodafone for example is in the bottom half for number of complaints per 100k users. Sky are in the top quadrant.
Chasing the bottom price is not always the best option.
To run two mobiles and a playstation, you could do that on less than a 100Mbps service.
If she doesn't need a phone line as well then Plusnet are doing 145Mbps for £25.99 for a Black Friday deal1 -
