Probate where property is left in Trust for children

Hi all
I have been appointed a trustee in a Will from my sister. The trustee is to manage finances and their residential property on behalf of my sisters children until they turn 21.
Would this be considered a complex probate case? I'm debating on using a solicitor or going solo
Thanks in advance

The trust does not complicate probate but managing the trust once you have probate may leave you with a major headache.
How old are the children now?
What is the exact wording with regards to the clauses that create the children’s bequest and the trust (redact any personal details). There are a number of sorts of trust a will can set up so it would be useful to know what this one is.0 -
I'd certainly get some professional advice on this one, at least in terms of accurately interpreting the will and setting things up correctly from the outset.rtidrtid said:Hi all
