Sorry to be dim, what classes as household income.
is It everyone in the household regardless of the relationship?
or is it only partner of claimant?
would you include children of the claimant (if adult what wages they are on)
and would it include any other relative who lives in the house and working (cousins, siblings etc)
so does it mean everyone who lives within the house of the claimant?

If it's a benefit such as UC single claim, just that person's income, joint claim if having a partner under the benefit rules then it's both their incomes. Other members of household don't count.

Your sister would be a separate benefit unit to you. From your other thread I see she already claims her own benefits. To do a benefit calculation for yourself you would only include your own income.0
