Is this noise level normal from a heat pump (NIBE VVM 300)
Hi
I just bought a house with a heat pump (NIBE Fighter 2005) and a boiler NIBE VVM 300, and I don't know what's normal and what isn't.
When the compressor is on, it makes a loud noise, is this normal? From googling, it doesn't seem possible to configure a time for the compressor (it comes on around a similar time between 11:45am and 12:15pm).
Does anyone have a similar model who can tell me if this noise level is normal (uploaded a video from my Google Drive)? Sometimes it runs for a short time 30 seconds once, sometimes a minute 2-3x. It turned on again at 14:00 and lasted for 6mins at least.

(I should add that the system was serviced by the previous owner on 10th Oct 2024)
Thanks
