Not-so New Build issues

Our new build home is nearly 5 years old now.
We have had a leaky garage for the last 4 years, water coming through the ceiling and down the walls
it's been repaired probably 15 times, it's still leaking
I'm waiting to hear back from the company as we reported the issue during the 2 year warranty period
Has anyone had any issues which have lasted a few years? And any ideas on the legal side? It's getting to a point where it's ridiculous now.

What are they doing when they ‘repair’ it? Sounds like they’re just doing a quick bodge each time when they really need to install some decent flashing.0

Do you have Legal Protection in your house insurance? If so, call them up for guidance.
It sounds as tho the folk they are sending out are incompetent, certainly not capable of tracing the cause. It's seemingly at the point where you should be able to engage a builder of your own, and sue the builder for the cost.
BUT, you need to do this correctly. So, LP?

Even if they won't 'act', they may still be happy to 'advise' what to do.0 -

Won't it have come with the 10 year NHBC cover? If the builder isn't sorting it, shouldn't you contact them. If no joy there, then your LP?0
