Phone missing from DPD package

Just remember cancelling the finance agreement, still means you have to pay for the items, as it does not cancel the order. Which Samsung will say includes the phone from their proof.

Hi, have you managed to resolve this issue. I am having the same issue/dispute with Samsung.
Ordered a new phone, delivered next day, upon opening the box, there was an old battered power bank in the box. Raised with Samsung, they said it was delivered ok. After further inspection of the DPD bag, it had some DPD packaging tape around the back of the bag, which was covering the ripped open bag.
Absolutely shocking customer service from Samsung, I have paid through PayPal credit and they are investigating also. Worried I am sat with a £750 debt and no phone. I have informed the police also, but they wont record it as a theft as it is unclear where the theft occurred. Anybody else had similar experience, and what can I do next
