I opened a Savings account and now I need to deposit some money into it, when I transfer the money it looks I transfer it to a Close Brothers account and they transfer it to my account, has anyone else experienced this?

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is the clearing bank partner for Close Brothers Savings.0

It's nt uncommon. Several of the smaller banks work this way, using a bigger bank to handle the actual money collection part. Presumably you have to put something like an account ref and your initial / surname as the payment reference?Sometimes the KYC systems get in a tizz over it, so double check all the details before you click "proceed anyway"0
