NBCS Threatening court action on behalf of Frasers Group Sports Direct

Hi Ciorio. Did you get a resolution after your dispute with Sports Direct/NBCS? I am curious as my niece is being pursued by them and her case mirrors yours. She ordered some goods from Sports Direct but didn't receive them so she did a charge back through her bank. NBCS are now pursuing her and threatening court action.

So your niece also lives in the Republic of Ireland and will be defending a cross-border claim?

Ciorio never returned after their original posting but we would be very interested to hear how your niece's case progresses.
