Consent order

Good evening, I have a question about my consent order.
It states:
The Family Home, shall be placed on the open market for sale forthwith for such a price as may be agreed between the parties, or in default of such agreement as determined by
the court and the following consequential provisions shall apply:
- The Respondent shall have sole conduct of the sale.
- The property shall be advertised by estate agents as chosen by the Respondent.
Does this mean my ex husband can change the sale price that had been agreed between us to a lower value without my consent?
Many thanks
Many thanks

Are you the respondent? If he's the respondent, then yes he has sole conduct of the sale0
