Justpark now charging a fee for withdrawing earnings

I rent my parking space out via Justpark (as well as yourparkingspace and parkonmydrive). I've just noticed that, as well as charging a hefty 30% commission on parking fees, they are now charging a 50p fee for withdrawing earnings. I hadn't been notified in advance that they would be doing this.

I'd encourage people to use competitor sites where possible - I have a feeling that Justpark are abusing their near-monopolistic position in this market.

That's what a competitive market is all about. If the price JustPark charges you for their services, go elsewhere.

Understand the comments re. scale of charge - it's the principle of Justpark quietly introducing new charges without warning that I object to. They apply the same approach when they hike their commission charges (which have increased by 50% in the last 3-4  years).
A bit of transparency would be appreciated.

That's interesting. Although I'm not sure what "enforcing my rights" would entail.

Sorry, ignore my previous comment, should have realised I'm connected via the US just now...
  • Only if withdrawing less than £25 - hasn't that always been there?
