Homebase Online Purchase with Credit Card

So I bought a B&D tool online this week, chose the delivery date and nothing is being despatched nor delivered today. What are my rights if I paid with Credit Card? Thanks

Homebase are, I believe, still operating (selling off stock under the administrators), so contact customer services as you normally would for a non-delivery.

Unfortunately as both items were below £100 S75 protection won't kick in.

I sent email to CS, hopefully the order will arrive by the end of next week. If not, then I guess a Chargeback would have to be done.

Given it's under 24 hours late, right now, nothing. 

If it doesn't turn up in a while then you would have the option of a chargeback.

15 days Visa
30 Days Mastercard from date of debit before starting chargeback for non receipt.
