Gatwick Valet Parking - Damage

Hey, has anyone else had a poor experience with Gatwick Valet parking?
Parked my car for 11 days and returned to dents and scratching on the offiside drivers door, rear door and scratch on the rear wheel arch. Immediately complained.
London Gatwicks sub-contractor NCP is only accepting liability for the rear wheel arch scatch. London Gatwick will consider a good will gesture towards repairing the dents but do not accept any liability. As a goodwill gesture they have refunded my parking charge.
My car is 4 years old and in pristine condition when left it in their care.
They have provided the high definition images taken of the car on arrival but say its too dirty to see any dents, it was washed before arrival so hardly dirty and you can see the reflection of the kerb and ticket machine in the car!
Just want them to accept liability and put it back the its original condition :-(

You may just have to collect the proof of what the repairs have cost you, get it done then sue NCP and Gatwick Airport using MCOL.
A letter before claim should focus their minds.
Even better if it comes from a solicitor.
Have you got legal cover on either your home insurance or car insurance policy? It's free. Use it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, literally have just had the same experience.
Big deep scratch next to the charging port on my Mini. looks like someone's got an engraver on it.
First complaint refuted due to there being no cameras on exit. Also no mention of whether the scratch was detected on entry or not which is a key piece of information ?
I find it really convenient for Valet parking that there are no cameras on exit. also considering the whole point is they move the cars around once dropped off in the drop off lane, it must must be down to them.
From what i have read today in just one google search 'Gatwick Valet parking complaints' , this is a very common occurance which is worrying as moving cars around is their 'thing' ?
I do not believe there are no cameras at the exit. When you turn out of the car park onto the road before the barriers its a red zone so i am sure there are numerous cameras there to catch people stopping, and some at the barriers.1
