Has anyone purhcased YouMOVE on amazon recently and received a refund?
I first I thought yay, money back ! but then wonderd why....The refund note on my account didnt explain what the reason was which was strange...
I looked into it and on the YouMOVE website theres a article on mazon counterfeit products being sold through Amazon third part sellers which they are unable to verify. Customers should be automatically receiving a refund. I did yes receive the refund, great, but was angry I wasnt told from amazon the reason since I would have stopped giving the supplements to my dog. I've been giving who knows what to my dog for the last month. Its only becuase I looked into it that I found out.
I sent picures to YouMOVE and they said they are unable to verify/confirm as it was ourchased via a third party seller and not directly from Amazon marketplace/themselves.
So I guess i just wanted to know if there was any further action I could take?
Also thought it was important to put it out there in case anyone else has purchased YouMOVE on amazon recently and received a refund.
To be safe obviously im going to throw these away...luckily YouMove have a Black friday discount on at the moment so will re-purchase via them.

Not really - most of these third party sellers are out of the UK and not bound by any of our laws. Some dogs and cats have been made very ill by these counterfeits.
Amazon is not recalling the items as its not Amazon selling them; usually you only get a reason when there is a recall0 -

I got the same (cat version) however before I got the refund I got an email from Amazon advising of a recall of this product and not to give any more to my pet. Check your messages or spam folder - this was sent 7/110
