Cheap Energy Club Issue

Completed my switch of suppliers over 6 months ago but no sign of the Cashback. Have tried emailing Cheap Energy Club a week ago but apart from a “Thanks for your message” response have had no reply. Does anyone know of an alternative way of contacting them?

    Hi @PremierAl - I can see that my colleague replied to your original email a few days ago and again this morning.  Please could you check your spam folder in case the messages have gone there?

    I have checked my junk folder and there is nothing in there?

    I’m getting emails okay from other senders. Could you give me the reply on this forum. Alternatively, are you able to reply by text, WhatsApp or phone on the mobile number I put at the bottom of my email?
