Cheap Energy Club Issue

Completed my switch of suppliers over 6 months ago but no sign of the Cashback. Have tried emailing Cheap Energy Club a week ago but apart from a “Thanks for your message” response have had no reply. Does anyone know of an alternative way of contacting them?

    Hi @PremierAl - I can see that my colleague replied to your original email a few days ago and again this morning.  Please could you check your spam folder in case the messages have gone there?

    I have checked my junk folder and there is nothing in there?
  • I’m getting emails okay from other senders. Could you give me the reply on this forum. Alternatively, are you able to reply by text, WhatsApp or phone on the mobile number I put at the bottom of my email?
