Lasting Power of Attorney - Certified Copy

Can anyone advise on a slight confusion I have regarding certifying a copy of an LPA?

The gov.uk instructions state...

Write the following text on the bottom of every page of the copy:

"I certify this is a true and complete copy of the corresponding page of the original lasting power of attorney."

On the final page of the copy, you must also write: “I certify this is a true and complete copy of the lasting power of attorney.”

You need to sign and date every page.

I've emboldened the word "also" as this is what's confusing me. It seems to indicate that the final page has to include both sets of words. Is that right, or is it just the second set of words that goes on the final page?

Thanks

We went to a local solicitor who certified a copy for £10 cash only. I think they did it during their lunch break because they asked us to go in just before 2pm.
Just to add it was a solicitor we had use previously when buying a property.
