AA/pips and terminal illness

I know that claims of these benefits are fast tracked if someone has a terminal illness, but do that have to still have the health assessment? Ie do they actually have to have care or mobility needs?

For PIP, if they have a SR1/DR1500 (i think) then no they dont have the full assessment, however if no form then yes they will have an assessment.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.
