How to transfer a Roundhouse digital ticket via Twickets to the buyer?

Due to ill health I'm unable to attend a gig at the Roundhouse tomorrow, so have sold my tickets on Twickets. I got an email from the Roundhouse this morning with instructions for accessing the tickets (they were bought on gigsandtours.com), but it's not clear how I get them to the purchaser. I do know that Roundhouse support the use of Twickets, but they don't offer much guidance.

The instructions say:
  1. Go to wallet.roundhouse.org.uk on your mobile phone.
  2. Sign in using this email address. You can request a login code to be sent to your email. Or if you know it, you can enter the password associated with your Roundhouse account. If you didn’t previously have a Roundhouse website account, we have created one for you.
  3. The QR code (used to scan your ticket for entry) should appear a couple of hours before the stated time on your ticket. From the Roundhouse ticket wallet, you can also share tickets with your whole party, and download the ticket as an Apple Wallet pass.
If I go through this procedure, does anybody know whether I will be able to transfer BOTH of the tickets to the buyer, or will I be limited to only transferring one of the two?

According to the terms of Roundhouse the tickets can only be sold via their approved platform (Twickets) and only for certain gigs. Would assume the platforms they have approved are integrated into their ticketing system so you wouldn't need to do anything. Did you use their resell platform or do your own thing?

When you log in and get the QR code, can you swipe (left or up) to see the second ticket? Their FAQ certainly suggests you can share all the tickets with friends and family.

I tried following their instructions but they didn't work - I got sent a link for accessing/managing my order but it was broken, so I ended up having to go straight to the Twickets site and selling them there directly
