Eligibility:
· Participants must be 18 years or older.
· Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
· At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged 18 or younger must have prior parental or guardian permission.

Entry Period:
· All participants may enter this competition from Monday 11th November– Monday 2nd December 2024.

How to Enter:
To enter this prize draw you must complete the entry sign-up form here.

Winner Selection:
· Winner will be drawn and contacted on 3rd December 2024.
· The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
· The winner will be contacted via email by a member of Frankie & Benny’s Marketing team.

Claiming the Prize:
· Once contacted, the winner must respond to the within 1 week to claim the prize.
· Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner.

Verification:
· Proof of age and residence may be required to claim the prize.
· Participants found to have provided false information will be disqualified.

· Frankie & Benny's reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions.

Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and your trip must be booked and completed within that time frame; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over.
