Which tablets do your children use? Would you recommend them? My son is 8 and has been using an amazon kindle fire for kids, and I'm thinking about 'upgrading'. It doesn't need to be padded, he's old enough to be more careful. I'm leaning more towards Samsung and wondering about people's experiences. TIA

I would probably stick with the amazon tablet a bit longer - if its an older one i expect you can get a newer model one in the amazon deals.
anything else worth buying will be 3x more expensive - but its not full of amazon limitations
