  • Mine came through yesterday. Took about 10 days... for whatever reason.
  • I'm awaiting my £50 back from the 14th of February. Never had a problem before but responses to queries are slow!

    I wondered if you had had any joy with this yet?  I'm waiting for two payments of £50 and have emailed yougov but don't have much faith that they will reply or sort it out quickly.  I'm hope I'm being unnecessarily pessimistic!

    Hmm I tripled checked the account details when I entered them so that shouldn't be an issue. Just odd that yougov aren't responding to my messages and providing an update. 
    I'm in the same boat. Been about 9 days now. Did you get it sorted?
    Yes I did in the end. No response to emails so I logged a complaint with Market Research Society which they are a member of. Low and behold the next day I got an email from yougov apologising that payment was delayed due to technical reasons and money was paid to me promptly.

  • Must admit I have never had any issues with payouts from YouGov. But today’s was the quickest ever. Cashed out after last survey. Email confirmation seconds later and it was in my bank account at the same time! 👍
