Is anyone having problems redeeming 5,000 points ?
Specifically £50 to bank account
Tried several times this morning and get oops something went wrong try again later
I have done the obvious delete cookies etc

I redeemed £50 for vouchers a couple of weeks ago, and no problems with that. There was a large choice of vouchers, and the e code was sent very quickly.

Nope redeem to bank account thursday/friday and it was there in less than 5 minutes

I was using the name on my account debit card which uses initials
As soon as I used my full name it went through ok1 -
I tried to redeem my 50,000 points 5 days ago and it still isn't in my bank account. Have emailed yougov and no reply either 😩0

I sometimes have problems with this - the main one being that I have so many different numbers in my bank account I get confused and keep entering the wrong ones, so I keep trying different account numbers and sort codes until I find the right ones."A dog will sit next to you while you work. Hmm I tripled checked the account details when I entered them so that shouldn't be an issue. Just odd that yougov aren't responding to my messages and providing an update.0

I'm with YouGov for the third time.
First time - I received the £50 without any problem two or three times and then surveys dried up a little short of the £50 mark and I gave up as it proved impossible to get a response out of them as to why that happened.
Second time - I rejoined and completed a good number of surveys and then they stopped coming.
Third time (ie now) - after I had waited over a few years, I re-joined and am currently about £14 away from qualifying for a pay out. I hope it is a case of third time lucky.0 -

I redeemed last Thursday and still nothing this afternoon.
Relieved it's not just me....0 -
The only time I had this problem was a few months ago
I emailed yougov and received an answer 2 weeks (about) later
I the meantime I kept trying to claim the £50 cash before the email arrived
I turned out I hadn’t entered my full account name correctly as when I did I received the transfer next day1
